This final project proposal and presentation was the culmination of a 10-week product management course at General Assembly that covered market-sizing, customer research, UX development and wireframing, feature prioritization, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) builds, Agile and Scrum best practices, stakeholder management, and working with data.
