Curated book titles and author participation on BookClub, a new platform dedicated to connecting curious minds through books. Managed all author relationships, assisted with scripting and content strategy, and advised business and technology teams on the evolving media landscape.

Imagined potential product development and UX options for BookClub via a General Assembly course. Full proposal and presentation.

PEN America + World Press Freedom Day

Conceptualized PEN America’s annual World Press Freedom Day Celebration, leading the fully integrated campaigns in 2019 and 2020 through local public programming, designing overarching content strategy and unique calls to actions, drafting a shareable manifesto (translated into several languages), interviewing campaign participants, assisting with art direction, and coordinating with communications colleagues.

PEN America Local Chapter Development + Public Programming

Facilitated the national expansion of PEN America through the design of innovative public programming, event curation and moderation, community engagement initiatives, and the launch and mobilization of 6 local volunteer chapters.

Design Some Good with CreativeMornings + Squarespace

A month-long campaign to raise awareness of and drive sign-ups for Squarespace's newly revamped Cover Pages in November 2015, while also encouraging community-building activities in 130+ CreativeMornings chapters.

Duties included: drafting initial campaign concepts; initiating team brainstorm; supporting development of pitch materials; developing and executing campaign's content calendar; drafting all campaign copy including messaging from CreativeMornings HQ, social media, and materials for volunteers; researching, reporting, and writing all Cover Pages by CreativeMornings HQ; analyzing results post-campaign

Make and Share GIFts this December!

A month-long campaign between CreativeMornings and FreshBooks to encourage gif-making creativity in the global CreativeMornings community and support fun, informal communication between freelancers and clients. The goal of the campaign was to attach FreshBooks to CreativeMornings' personality and purpose in order to drive awareness for FreshBooks' services.

Girls Write Now 2014 Holiday Appeal

In addition to directing all communications efforts and managing the brand’s online presence and strategy from 2014-2015, I oversaw the annual fundraising campaign to drive individual donations during the 2014 holiday season.

Duties included: drafting appeal letters, external communications and social media; art directing appeal materials; designing and creating social media graphics
